In Moon and Erma's stateroom, Billy, Erma, and Moon come up with their plan to wear disguises.

As the sun rises the following morning, Billy and hope have not moved

It's discovered that Billy is not really a sailor. Instead they believe him to be Snake Eyes Johnson, public enemy #1
